Roast Breast of Turkey
With sausage meat, roast chestnut and apricot stuffing. Roasted potatoes, glazed carrots, Brussel sprouts and pigs in blankets
Roast Strip Loin of Beef
With horseradish mashed potato, honey roasted root vegetables & a red wine sauce
Baked Fillet of Salmon
On a bed of crayfish and baby spinach paella with a champagne cream sauce
Stuffed Filo Pastry Parcel (v)
Light pastry filled with goat’s cheese, roasted chestnuts, apricots, red onion and cranberries served with buttered new potatoes and honey roasted root vegetables
Dessert
Traditional Christmas pudding served with rum sauce
Apple, Sultana and Cinnamon Crumble served with vanilla ice cream
Raspberry Tartlet served with double cream
Dress Code: Smart party wear, no bandanas, caps or sportswear

Age Limit: Strictly over 18's
Drinks Package: need to be pre paid for in advance; drinks package is not available on the night. The vouchers will be given to the group organiser on the night of the event.
