At Hospitality Line we guarantee to have low prices:

  • No hidden costs - the price you see is the price you pay
  • If you find the same party sold for less, we will refund the difference

We are constantly updating our pricing to ensure you get low prices. Not only that but there are no tricks or hidden extras with our prices – the price you see is the price you get. Unlike some of our competitors we won’t have a price that doesn’t exist. We won’t trick you with a fake lead in price.  We will include VAT in our price. And we won’t hit you with a “sucker punch” at the end of the booking process with a booking fee or a credit card fee – it's simply just not British! In other words you can trust  Hospitality Line to be honest and to get it right.

  • In the unlikely event that we haven’t given you the best price then we guarantee that if you find exactly the same party at a lower price within 72 hours of booking, send the details to us and we'll refund the price difference. All you need to do is tell us the following:
  • Where you saw a cheaper price:
  • Your Hospitality Line booking reference
  • Your address
  • Proof of lower price – web link or screen shot
  • And send to: sales@hospitalityline.com
  • Hospitality Line reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Hospitality Line.
  • Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking.
